• In the text we have “pronominal adjectives”, it is the possession of something possessed by someone or something else. Like the father OF MY mother.
  
  Este mama mea – It is my mother.
  Este tatăl mamei mele –> It is my mother’s father.
  
  The pronominal adjectives in the feminine singular form are modified. The genitive-dative form is : 

mea → mele, 

ta → tale, 

sa → sale, 

noastră → noastre, 

voastră → voastre.

Example : El este tatăl mamei noastre = "This is our mother's father".

Este numele mamei mele = "It is my mother's name."

Este câinele surorii mele = "It is my sister's dog"

Pisica surorii mele = "My sister's cat"

• We don’t use the definite article with în.
  For example casa has to be followed by something, it is like translating it with “the house of” 
  So we will write :

în mașină

în casă

în autobuz

în tren
